The Spring meeting of FEDCAR hosted on 20 April in Dublin by the Dental Council of Ireland focussed on the quality of dental education in Europe, with the help of the ADEE, CED and EDSA. In addition to the Irish model of accreditation, the I.S.D.R. principles of accreditation was also displayed.
The last edition of the Healthcare Professional Crossing Borders (HPCB) gives an opportunity to David O’Flynn, Registrar in the Council of Irish Dentists and President of FEDCAR, to present the on-going work. In this edition, FEDCAR views on the new Proportionality Test Directive are also presented along with other stakeholders’ perspectives.
